阻燃等级，即物质具有的或材料经处理后具有的明显推迟火焰蔓延的性质，并以此划分的等级制度。防火等级判定需要通过国标，英标BS585阻燃，美标ca117防火标准等等。
1、等级的判定
2、在进行不燃性试验时，同时符合下列条件的材料，其燃烧性能等级应定为A级。
3、炉内平均温度不超过50℃;
4、试样表面平均温升不超过50℃:
5、试样中心平均温升不超过50℃:
6、试样平均持续燃烧时间不超过20s:
7、试样平均失重率不超过50%。
8、顶棚、墙面、隔断装修材料，经难燃性试验，同时符合下列条件应定为B1级。
9、试件燃烧的剩余长度平均值≥150mm。其中没有一个试件的燃烧剩余长度为零;
10、没有一组试验的平均烟气温度超过200℃;
11、经过可燃性试验，且能满足可燃性试验的条件。
12、顶棚墙面、隔断装修材料，经可燃性试验，同时符合下列条件，应定为B2级。
13、对下边缘无保护的试件，在底边缘点火开始后20s内， 五个试件火焰尖头均未到达刻度线;
14、对下边缘有保护的试件，除符合以上条件外，应附加一组表面点火，点火开始后的20s内，五个试件火焰尖头均未到达刻度线。
