Chuangbao teaches you the knowledge of fire safety:

Disaster is one of the important disasters that threaten human safety. Most of the fires in campus life can be prevented.

Students should learn to master some knowledge of fire prevention in case of unexpected events.
1. What are the fire sources that cause the fire?
Fire sources are generally divided into two categories: direct fire sources and indirect fire sources. Direct fire sources are:

    (1) Open flames and lights, such as matches, lighter flames, cigarette ignition, red-burning heating wires, etc.;

    (2) Electric spark;

    (3) Lightning and fire, etc.

        Indirect fire sources are:

    (1) Heating to catch fire;

    (2) Self-ignition and fire, etc. These fire sources, students may come into contact with in their study, life and experiments.

     Only by understanding and mastering its existence and the law of occurrence and development, and taking it seriously, can generally effectively prevent the occurrence of fire.
2. How to prevent fire
       (1) Pay attention to the safety of electricity use, do not use electricity in violation of regulations, do not randomly pull wires, and use prohibited electrical appliances. If a fire hazard is found,

                It is the responsibility of each student to report to the school.
(2) Do not use open flame lighting appliances such as candles.
(3) Do not smoke in classrooms, dormitories and public places, and do not litter cigarette butts and sparks.
(4) Do not store inflammable and explosive materials in the dormitory.
(5) Do not use stoves such as coal stoves, liquefaction stoves, and alcohol stoves without authorization in the dormitory.
(6) Do not use high-power electrical appliances such as electric stoves and "fast heating".
(7) Do not stack sundries in the corridor, and do not incinerate garbage.
(8) In case of fire danger, first turn off the power supply in the room, and call the school's emergency telephone number and dial "119" according to the fire situation.
3. How to make a fire alarm The national unified standard for the use of the fire alarm telephone number is "119". To make a fire alarm call, pay attention to the following matters:
(1) Be calm. Dial directly from any phone.
(2) When you hear the other party reporting "fire brigade", you should clarify the location and unit of the fire, and clarify the object, type and scope of the fire as much as possible.
(3) Pay attention to the other party's question, and tell the other party your phone number for easy contact.
(4) After making the call, you can immediately send someone to wait at the door and where the fire truck must pass, and guide the fire truck to the fire scene quickly.

4. Basic methods of fire fighting
(1) Isolation method: Isolate or remove the burning place or object from its surrounding combustibles, and the combustion will stop due to the lack of combustibles.

Such as: turning off the power supply, gas and liquid pipeline valves; dismantling the flammable buildings adjacent to the combustible materials, etc.
(2) Asphyxiation method: prevent the air from flowing into the combustion area or dilute the air with non-combustible substances, so that the combustion substances cannot get enough oxygen to extinguish.
(3) Cooling method: spray the fire extinguishing agent directly on the burning material to reduce the temperature of the burning material.

         Combustion stops when the temperature of the combustion product falls below its ignition point. Mainly water and carbon dioxide to cool down.

         This method should not be used for electrical fires.
(4) Suppression method: This method is to spray the flame with a chemical fire extinguishing agent containing fluorine and bromine (such as 1211),

           Let the fire extinguishing agent participate in the combustion reaction, so that the combustion chain reaction is interrupted, and the purpose of extinguishing the fire is achieved.
The above methods can be used in combination with one or more methods according to the actual situation to achieve the purpose of rapid fire extinguishing.
5. Fire escape and self-rescue
(1) When the fire hits, escape quickly and don’t be greedy for property.
(2) At ordinary times, it is necessary to understand and master the basic methods of fire escape, and be familiar with several escape routes.
(3) When threatened by fire, immediately put on wet clothes, bedding, etc. and rush out in the direction of the safety exit.
(4) When escaping through thick smoke, try to keep your body as close to the ground as possible, and cover your mouth and nose with a wet towel.
(5) If your body is on fire, do not run, but roll on the spot or use heavy clothing to suppress the fire.
(6) Do not take the elevator in case of fire, and escape to the direction of the safety exit.
(7) When there is a fire outside and the door is hot, do not open the door to prevent the fire from entering the room.

          Block doors and windows with soaked bedding, clothing, etc., and splash water to cool down.
(8) If all escape routes are blocked by fire, immediately return to the room, use flashlights, wave clothes,

           Send a distress signal to the window and wait for rescue.
(9) Don’t jump off the building blindly, you can use evacuation stairs, balconies, drainage pipes, etc. to escape, or put the sheets,

          The quilt cover is torn into strips and connected into ropes, which are tightly tied to fixed objects such as window frames and iron railings, and slide down along the ropes.

          Or go down to an unfired floor to get out of danger.
