Product Definition
This product adopts imported flame retardants, Minaime and other additives to directly improve the flame retardant and fireproof performance of the product. It can endothermically decompose into non-flammable substances at or near the ignition temperature;
It can react with foam combustion products to produce non-flammable substances; it can delay combustion and prevent smoke, causing self-extinguishing of the fire part. When burning, it releases white smoke, reducing pollution to the environment and reducing the emission of harmful substances.
The fire-proof sponge adopts imported flame retardant, which can effectively reduce the burning time, delay the burning, and prevent the smoke from causing the fire part to self-extinguish. Usually the easiest way to test is for the sponge to self-extinguish within 6 seconds of leaving the fire.
Product introduction
Fireproof sponge, its chemical name is polyurethane foam material, is divided into two types: soft foam (mainly used for furniture) and hard foam (mainly used for heat preservation).
The main raw materials are fire retardants, isocyanates, polyethers, polyols, etc. The auxiliary raw materials are a small amount of Freon, water, etc.
